Activity description

Our apiary is located in northern Stockholm, in Norrtälje municipality. Our creative concept is based on developing and producing products using exclusively organic methods and all the supporting functions needed for beekeeping to thrive. For example, we grow a collection of the world’s finest honey plants that can grow in our fourth geographic zone. The bees in our apiary can collect nectar and pollen from their favourite plants at specific times of day throughout the summer season. That means you do not only get what nature offers — you also get the chance to choose the best. The Swedes have a proverb that literally translates as: “You are what you eat.” Because our honey plants are grown with environmentally friendly organic fertilizers and are not treated with chemicals, bee colonies can thrive, stay healthy and — most importantly — are not exposed to any chemicals. This concept allows healthy bee colonies to produce the finest, truly organic honey and other bee products. We invite you to visit us during opening hours or our webshop.
